1. The Service

SubTracker is a subscription tracking and management platform that helps individuals and teams discover, monitor, and manage their recurring subscriptions. Features may include automatic detection via connected email accounts or uploaded statements, spending analytics, renewal reminders, and team-level visibility.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use SubTracker. By using the service, you confirm you meet this requirement. If you are using SubTracker on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have the authority to agree to these Terms.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Please notify us at hey@subtracker.online if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Plans and Billing

SubTracker offers free and paid plans. Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for each billing period. 5. Email Integrations

If you connect a Gmail or Outlook account, you authorize SubTracker to access it in a read-only capacity to identify subscription-related billing emails. You confirm you are the authorized holder of any account you connect. You can revoke access at any time from Settings. SubTracker processes email content solely to provide subscription detection for you, in accordance with the Google API Services User Data Policy and applicable Microsoft policies.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use SubTracker for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt unauthorized access to any part of the service
• Reverse engineer or extract the source code
• Use automated tools to scrape or abuse the service
• Connect accounts you do not own or are not authorized to access
• Upload malicious files or attempt to disrupt the service

7. Intellectual Property

SubTracker and its content are owned by Upcoming Verse. Your subscription data remains yours. You grant us a limited license to store and process it solely to provide the service.

8. Disclaimer

SubTracker is provided "as is." We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of subscription detection or any AI-generated insights. You are responsible for verifying your subscription data and making your own financial decisions. SubTracker is a tracking tool, not financial advice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Upcoming Verse is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of SubTracker, including missed subscriptions, financial decisions, or service interruptions. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the preceding 12 months.

10. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time from Account Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. On termination, your access ends and your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and will notify you of material changes. Continued use of SubTracker after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
